Welcome to the Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association Web site!
The MMTA is a nonprofit association for treasury professionals. We are dedicated to a forum for our members to exchange ideas and concepts. Our objectives are to provide education for, information about, and dedication to the development of treasury professionals from all political subdivisions of the State of Michigan. We encourage the mutual exchange of ideas and matters related to the proper understanding and cooperation among treasurers of public funds and public officials, and keep our membership informed on legislation which is in the interest of tax collection officers and the public at large.
This Web site includes information about our organization, upcoming educational sessions and events, newsletters, employment opportunities, links to related sites, and much more. One of the most important purposes of this Web site is to provide an up-to-date membership registry for our members to network with other treasury professionals, as well as institutions and/or organizations whose operations are closely allied with the functions of the treasurer’s office.
We strive to continually improve our site to accommodate membership needs. Any suggestions or feedback to assist us in making this site useful and user-friendly are appreciated. Please feel free to share any suggestions or questions with any MMTA Board member.
